Esther’s Army is more than a ministry—it’s a movement. Inspired by the courage, faith, and wisdom of Queen Esther, we are a collective of women from all walks of life who are united in our mission to grow in faith and fulfill our God-given purpose.
We believe that like Queen Esther, every woman is called for “such a time as this.” Through mentorship, leadership training, spiritual growth, and acts of service, we equip women to overcome challenges, embrace their unique beauty, and lead with humility and strength.
Our core values—faith, courage, wisdom, humility, and beauty—guide everything we do. These values remind us to trust God, stand boldly, make wise choices, serve with grace, and walk confidently in the beauty He has given us.

Our Founder
Roxane Smith is the passionate and visionary founder of Esther’s Army. On September 11, 2023, during her prayer time, Roxane heard the Lord say, “Esther’s Army.” The words resonated deeply in her spirit as she had always been inspired by the story of Queen Esther, even as a child. Through that divine calling, Roxane began to seek the Lord for His wisdom in creating a space where women could grow spiritually, discover their God-given purpose, and step confidently into their unique roles as leaders and change-makers.
In the journey to founding Esther’s Army, she began to realize her own experiences of overcoming challenges and confronting the spirit of Hammond and his sons in her various spheres of influence through prayer, fasting, the word of God, and trust in His plan. With a heart for discipleship and a desire to see women free, she combined her deep love for scripture with her leadership skills to build a ministry that equips women to navigate life with strength and grace.
As a mentor, servant leader, and prophet, Roxane is dedicated to helping women embrace their identity in Christ and rise to their full potential. Her approach blends biblical teaching, practical wisdom, and a nurturing spirit, empowering women to walk boldly in their calling while supporting one another in love and accountability.
Roxane’s vision for Esther’s Army is rooted in the belief that, like Queen Esther, every woman has been called for “such a time as this.” Through mentorship, prayer, leadership development, and acts of service, she continues to lead this movement with the same courage and humility she seeks to inspire in others.
